  Abby L. Ertz, Esq.

Sin Immediately after becoming licensed, Abby began her own law firm. She is a tough-as-nails litigator, but her law practice has always been a success for another reason. She has a sincere dedication to putting the lives of her clients back on track. She focuses on their individuality. She helps prosecutors and judges see her clients as more than just a case, a number, and a list of charges. Abby has handled hundreds of criminal cases. She has appeared in all 5 major branches of the San Diego Superior Court as well as various courthouses throughout the State of California. From smaller issues such as traffic violations and warrant recalls to complex felony litigation, Abby treats every client like an individual and every matter like a serious impediment to their future success. Community Involvement: Abby loves community involvement and is always looking for new ways to give back to causes she cares about. Intern Program. Abby has helped to train, supervise, and mentor countless attorneys and future attorneys in criminal law. Court Panelist on Community Youth Court, Southeastern Division. Since 2015, Abby has served as a Court Panelist on the Community Youth Court, a diversion program sponsored and run by the Office of the San Diego District Attorney as an alternative to criminal court for minors. President of the San Diego Parents of Twins Club. As a parent of twins, Abby knows the importance of community when it comes to raising kids. She currently presides over this organization that is comprised of over 150 twin families. Interests and Activities: When not defending justice, Abby enjoys sailing and traveling to adventurous destinations with her husband, twin boys, and Goldendoodle. She is a member at San Diego Yacht Club and loves cruising around with friends and family on her beloved boat.

  Tanya Robinson, Esq.

  Attorney At Law

  “If you want something done, ask a woman.” - Margaret Thatcher Tanya Robinson, Esq. has been an advocate for her clients her entire career. After working for two of the top family law firms in San Diego, she became a partner at The ERTZ LAW GROUP. Prior to a career practicing law, Tanya was an executive-level manager for some of the most prestigious hotels in San Diego. The service industry taught her to manage chaos and put her clients first. Tanya has chosen family law as her focus because sometimes she likes to fight, and sometimes she likes to defuse a fight, but she always likes the challenge of protecting her clients as they navigate the, often emotional and complicated, world of family law. Military Involvement: Tanya is a proud military spouse and a former military “brat.” With a husband and father who are both retired from the U.S. Navy, she has a soft spot for those who have served and their dependants who often put their lives on hold to support their military family member. Whether it's the special pay structure, retirement issues (pension/TSP), or PCS, military service usually comes with its own set of challenges when it comes to family law. Tanya digs deep to protect this honored community. Interests and Activities: In addition to her love of the law, Tanya loves to play poker -- and really any game of skill. She loves to travel and relax with her husband, son, and the best dog in the world, Oreo. Tanya is a die-hard foodie and coffee lover.
