My niche includes mostly endurance and strength athletes who not only want to get better at their sport but stay injury free. I'm originally from Chicago and have lived in San Diego for the last three years with my three dogs, dove, and leopard gecko. When I'm not stretching, you can find me working on my deadlifts.
