Express Care at UC San Diego Health offers convenient same-day and next-day care for minor illnesses and injuries, including allergies, colds, ear infections, fever, sore throats, sprains and workplace injuries. Open seven days a week with extended evening and weekend hours, Express Care locations serve patients ages 6 months and older. Services include walk-in care, on-site testing, video visits for adults and wellness care such as blood pressure checks, sports physicals and flu shots. No referral required.
