Alexandra was born and raised in San Diego. While she was first introduced to Pilates mat work during her training as a dancer, she began to fully appreciate Pilates after sustaining a chronic foot injury. The low-impact lengthening and strengthening benefits significantly helped her recovery, and this experience motivated her to become a Pilates instructor. Alexandra completed the 500-hour teacher training program through Club Pilates in July 2017 and has been teaching ever since.
Jacque completed her certification through Club Pilates. She specializes in private, semi-private and group reformer classes, while utilizing other apparatus including the springboard, Exo chair, jump-board, TRX, Barre, and Bosu. She is experienced in working with athletes, dancers, actors, pre and post-natal mothers, post-rehab clients, and clients with other postural issues. She challenges her clients, whatever their age, shape, or athletic ability to find the connectivity of mind and body through breath and awareness. When she is not teaching Pilates, she works as a professional actress on stage, film, and television. Making people laugh and feel comfortable is what she lives for! She also teaches indoor cycling, is an avid hiker, and loves hot yoga. Jacque hopes to inspire and guide clients to their health and fitness goals, while building their physical and mental strength and flexibility.

Megan joined Club Pilates as a client in 2010. She was immediately hooked. She loved the mobility and increased flexibility she felt in her body. She shared her love of Pilates with her Mom who has suffered chronic hip problems. Her Mom felt relief from the hip pain for the first time in many years. Megan wanted to share this relief from pain, increased balance, strength and flexibility with everyone! She enrolled in teacher training in 2014 and has loved every minute of it! As the new owner of Club Pilates Bankers Hill she is honored to be able to help make Pilates accessible to everyone! Favorite Pilates exercise: supine arms! It makes me feel strong!
Jessica is from Granada Hills, California and began dancing at age 4, sparking a lifelong passion. She is a 2015 graduate of San Diego State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, as well as competing and performing as a member and captain of the San Diego State Dance Team. After college, Jessica taught dance in San Diego through a non-profit studio with a focus on physically and mentally challenged children and young adults. That experience taught her that we should not accept preconceived limitations about what any person can achieve. She first studied Pilates in college, but rediscovered the real healing and reconstructive benefits after becoming a Club Pilates member herself. This experience influenced her decision to become apart of the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. Recognizing that 20 plus years of dance takes its toll, Jessica is a firm believer in the restorative powers that Pilates has on the mind, body and soul as well as it’s ability to reshape one's body. She brings energy, patience, and a passion for Pilates to all her classes, while guiding clients to increased stamina, flexibility and feeling a sense of accomplishment.
Our Lead Instructor, Stevie Pacheco, has utilizing Pilates as her fitness training foundation since 2014. With a passion for movement, she also trains in yoga, rock climbing, strength training, and acro-balancing. Pilates provides her with the knowledge for protection in form, joint stabilization and brings core focus to all her activities. Stevie believes Pilates is essential for joint and muscle protection in cross-training and in mindful movement for living a healthy, adventurous lifestyle. In addition, her Pilates mindset is essential in her personal moments of meditation, inspiration, and refueling. After having her two daughters, introducing Pilates into her exercise regimen allowed her body to return, post-partum, in strength and develop uniformly. Stevie's desire is for you to experience satisfaction and confidence in strength training and surpassing your personal goals.
Eve came to Pilates after a traumatic knee injury prevented her from getting back to her normal exercise routine. She was having a very hard time rehabbing her knee with physical therapy alone and she was amazed at the balance and control Pilates restored in her body. After doing Pilates for a number of years as a student, she decided to dedicate herself full time to the modality. Eve trained under Kelly Kane, Matt McCulloch, and Meghann Koppele at the Kane School in New York City and soon after joined their residency program in 2017. In late 2019, Eve joined the bridge program at Polestar Pilates under Brent Anderson and Shelly Power. She has worked with numerous studios and populations throughout New York City and Brooklyn and is excited to now be teaching on the West Coast.
Rhonda LOVES Pilates! She’s a wife, a mom, a cross country coach and now a Pilates instructor and loves every minute of it. Her approach to her classes is from a coach perspective. She motivates, inspires and challenges the bodies in the room to give more than the little voices inside their heads allow them to. She knows, from experience, that many times a simple workout becomes difficult because we tell ourselves that it is. Yet, when we quiet those voices and allow our bodies to do what they can do, we amaze ourselves by our strength, our resilience and our God-given talents. She encourages everyone to step outside their comfort zone and experience life with anticipation and great expectations! And, of course, it'll be super fun! Rhonda looks forward to seeing you in her next class.
