    (5) I felt so wonderful about pre planning.

    I experienced Neptune Society when my passed recently. When I called around to see what other services were available, I found Trident and learned that Trident was the same company as Neptune Society. The person who took my call set me up with a representative who came on time and was extremely professional and was able to answer every last question I had. I felt so wonderful about pre planning with Trident and knowing how much my children will appreciate the gift that this is. My mother pre planned with Neptune Society and I extremely grateful that she did as well as impressed with the thoughtful and professional way that everything was handled.

    Alan Hutchison was prompt for his appointments. He was very professional, explaining the program thoroughly for my understanding. This is a sensitive subject and he handled it well. From the service he rendered I would recommend the Trident Society program to others.

    That pre-planning is the thoughtful thing to do, and that Trident provides wonderful service, including peace of mind. The only (minor) snag I ran into getting set up was that someone had made a typo entering my last name into your database, so when I called, they were unable to find me, as I had not yet received my card and other info, so didn't know of the mis-spelling, It was quickly corrected after I contacted Danyell and got it straightened out.

    (5) I would recommend Mike Delgadillo and the team.

    The Trident Society did an exceptional job in handling my mother's arrangements from afar- that is, I did the majority of the organizing over the phone from Australia! When I arrived in San Diego, everything was in place and went like clock work. I particularly admired the way Trident worked with me in both a professional and sincerely caring way. That meant so much, given my mother died "suddenly" although she was 97 years old, and I did not have time to get there before she died. I would recommend Mike Delgadillo and the team at Trident to any family thinking of making their families funeral arrangements. The "prayer cards" were another nice touch with the funeral package that I bought with Trident.

    My sister had wanted to be cremated, but we did not have a plan in place when she passed away. I called Trident right away and although they had never heard of my sister or I, they came quickly and without any questions or hesitation. They were professional, and I never felt I was being rushed into anything ~ on the contrary, they were very accommodating and put me at ease with the entire process. Losing a loved one is always sad, and can be traumatic if funeral or cremation arrangements turn into an additional nightmare. However, I was spared that situation when dealing with Trident. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and anyone else needing these services.

    Thank you so much for all your professional and caring support in this difficult decision. Vicky and Ryan Hoffman were extremely helpful, patient, and informative with me while I went back and forth on what to do. Deciding when to buy your final resting place, (or with whom) is rather difficult, it least for me it was. I'm 57 years old and never really gave to much thought about this subject. But decided to look into it. As mentioned, Vicky and Ryan were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and were very patience with me.... no pressure !! I'm grateful for their expertise.... Now I'm comfortable in knowing this decision will no longer be necessary for my wife, children, or grandchildren. I've already made it for them. That feels great. Thanks again Trident!

    (5) I'm extremely satisfied with the Trident Society program.

    Once I notified Trident Society of my loss, the staff was there to answer my questions, to guide me through the process of notifications and give me the options for the final processing of the Trident Society options. I also have the program and have all of the confidence in the support that my Children will receive upon my passing. Obviously it was a difficult process, but I knew I always had a source to call for any questions I might have. I'm extremely satisfied with the Trident Society program.
