  • Craig Kinshella

    DVM

    Craig L. Kinshella has always had a love for animals. While attending San Diego State University, he began to further his commitment to animals by working at the San Diego Zoo. Dr. Kinshella believes in giving back to the community. He participates in Mission Hills community programs and offers his assistance to local nonprofit humane societies, including Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. Dr. Kinshella has written articles on animal healthcare and animal rights. His work has been published in San Diego newspapers, and he has been a talk show host on animal healthcare issues.

  • Lisa Olson

    DVM

    Dr. Olson grew up in a small rural community in central California, where she developed her love of animals. Her desire to help animals and their owners led her to veterinary school. She attended UC San Diego for her undergraduate education and knew San Diego would eventually be her new hometown. After graduating from veterinary school, she returned to San Diego where she lives with her family. Dr. Olson has been at VCA Hillcrest since 2005. Prior to that, she completed an internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in Mission Valley.

  • Kenna Clifton

    DVM

    Dr. Clifton grew up in the Los Angeles area before moving to San Diego for her undergraduate studies. After finishing veterinary school, San Diego once again became her home. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, running, hiking, and any other type of outdoor activity. She shares her life with her husband, daughter, dog and cat. Dr. Clifton has been at VCA Hillcrest since 2004. Prior to that, she completed an internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in Mission Valley.
