Dr. Michael Kelly is board certified in internal medicine and has been practicing at our hospital since 1973. Dr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Illinois, he has been published and lectured on various topics of veterinary medicine and appeared on CNN as a commentator on animal health.
Dr. Robert Tugend has been practicing with us since 1980, and has interests in internal medicine, surgery and dentistry. Dr. Tugend has special interests in orthopedic surgery, soft tissue and neurosurgery.
Dr. Allison Schroder has been part of VCA Main Street Family since 2013, and has interest in preventive medicine, general medicine, ophthalmology, surgery and dentistry. Dr. Schroder has special interest in soft tissue surgery. She is a graduate of Cornell University. Prior to coming to VCA Main Street, Dr. Schroder was stationed at Edwards Air Force Base as the base veterinarian where she was responsible for primary medical and surgical care for the military working dogs, medical training for K-9 handlers, and general care for privately owned animals. She is a proud owner of a cat, Hallie and a dog, Juliet, who is a boxer and in Dr. Schroder's opinion, pretty much the cutest dog ever.
