Express Care at UC San Diego Health offers convenient same-day and next-day care for minor illnesses and injuries, including allergies, colds, ear infections, fever, sore throats, sprains and workplace injuries. Open seven days a week with extended evening and weekend hours, Express Care locations serve patients ages 6 months and older. Services include walk-in care, on-site testing, video visits for adults and wellness care such as blood pressure checks, sports physicals and flu shots. No referral required. Reserve your spot online for quicker access to high-quality care from the region’s top-ranked health system. Check in at least one hour before closing. For complex symptoms or injuries, arrive by 5 p.m.

Same-day care is for non-emergency health concerns that still need prompt attention. For more complex symptoms or injuries, please arrive before 5 p.m. so we have enough time to treat you. For routine illnesses or minor injuries, please check in at least one hour before closing.
